Want to change careers? What if my career path isn't straightforward? And what exactly is straightforward? Many people, especially woman, face these and similar questions throughout their lives.
With this event, we aim to showcase options and inspire and encourage new paths.
On stage: In the first part of the event, we will present examples of woman's careers and share their stories.
In the marketplace: In the second part, experts will proide tips and presen their support services in individual discussions.
Together: Participants should and can also get involved – with a short work assignment followed by a discussion, questions about their professional future can be considered, discussed, and reflected upon.
Afterwards, there will be time and space for discussion and refreshments.
Three Women – Three Stories
We begin with a panel discussion with three exciting women:

How did they get into the field they now work in? What is the best part about it? What do they enjoy most about their job and field of activity? What obstacles and challenges did they encounter? And how did they deal with them? What skills helped them?
These and other questions on will be answered by our referents - from founders to sustainability managers and researchers - on our panel.
