1st place in the Business Plans category

Farbrecht
Sebastian Haase, Marian Segelken, Fabian Duske
Their success proves them right: Sebastian Haase, Marian Segelken and Fabian Duske from the Bremen City University of Applied Sciences came second in the Business Ideas category at CAMPUSiDEEN 2017 and also made it to the finals of the Business Plans category this year with Farbrecht. This is all about the Multicolour Extruder (MCE), an extension for desktop 3D printers with the option of producing multicoloured 3D objects in all conceivable colours, even in the low-price segment. This benefits customer groups such as engineers, designers, artists, architects, end consumers and educational institutions that do not produce in large quantities but are interested in producing illustrative materials, prototypes or spare parts. Additives, such as plasticisers, can also be added without any problems. A lot has happened for the three-strong team from Bremen since last year: they have all graduated and now work exclusively for Farbrecht. Thanks to the EXIST funding programme, they have their own office space. They have benefited a great deal from discussions with experienced developers and founders. However, one thing that hasn’t changed is their enthusiasm when they talk about their work.
