Start your own company? Become self-employed? What does that actually mean? The Startup Lecture Series explores these questions.
We start with the question of what a startup actually is and whether all startups are innovative. And what is actually an innovation? We meet founders at a virtual startup lounge and deal with the concretization of business ideas and business models. And how can these be brought to the point in a short pitch? And what about that networking everyone's talking about?
Different speakers who are professionals in their field will speak on the various topics.
Target group:
All students of all faculties and courses of study are welcome, as well as external interested parties.
You do not have to have a start-up idea to participate in the event. This event provides the framework to either work on your own idea, develop one over time, or simply gain an assessment of whether starting your own company is a viable path for your future.
The next Startup Ring Lecture will take place in the winter semester 2021/2022.
